Caramelized Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
10 oz of Brussel Sprouts
1/2 Large Onion Cut into Thick Strips
3 Tablespoons of Extra Version Olive Oil
1.5 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Carolina Bobs All Purpose Seasoning
Preparation
Step 1 Preheat oven to 400°.
Step 2: Line a baking sheet with foil and use cook
spray to keep food from sticking.
Step 3: Trim, wash and halve the Brussel Sprouts.
Step 4: Toss sliced onion and Brussel Sprouts with the olive oil, brown
sugar, and Carolina Bob's seasoning, and spread in a single layer on
the baking sheet.
Step 5: Roast until the Brussel Sprouts begins to soften, caramelize, and turn
golden brown, about 30 to 40 minutes.
