Lip Smackin Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Chuck

  • ½ onion finely chopped or ground in the food processor

  • 1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream

  • 2 Teaspoons New Carolina Bob’s Original Recipe or No Salt Grillin Dry Rub

  • 4  Hamburger Rolls, Toasted

Preparation

Step 1: Combine all the ingredients. Toss lightly with a fork. Do not over mix.


Step 2: Form into 4 hamburgers. Make a slight indention in the center, with your thumb. This keeps the hamburgers from plumping in the middle during cooking.


Step 3: Cook the Hamburgers on a preheated griddle for about 3 minutes per side. Put it on a bun and serve. (Condiments are up to the user)
