Rib Sauce
Ingredients
2/3 cup of Ketchup
1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tablespoon of Ginger
1/2 tablespoon of Garlic Paste
2 teaspoons of Chili Powder
3/4 teaspoon of Cumin
1 table spoon of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1. Whisk together all ingredients in medium saucepan over medium
heat.
Step 2: Once it comes to a bubble, reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened, about 10
minutes.
Step 3: Add sauce to finished ribs and put in the boiler for about 3-5 minutes.
