Sausage Egg and Cheese Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb of Ground Sausage; Cooked

  • 1/4 Medium Sweet Onion; Diced

  • 8 Large Eggs

  • 1/3 Cup Milk (Nut Milk Works Too)

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Carolina Bob's No Salt Seasoning

  • 3/4 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Preparation

Step 1: Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.


Step 2: Spray your muffin tin or silicone cupcake liner with PAM or manually grease with butter.


Step 3: Add a Spoonful of Sausage to each muffin cup.


Step 4: In a medium sized bowl, crack the eggs, add milk and Carolina Bob's Seasoning. whisk together.


Step 5: Distribute Egg mixture evenly to sausage in muffin tins (or silicone liners).


Step 6: Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of the sausage and egg mixture.


Step 7: Bake for 18-20 minutes or until Eggs are cooked thoroughly.
